Mel Bay has released a book, entitled, Celtic Encyclopedia-Fingerstyle Guitar Edition by Glenn Weiser. It has over a 100 arrangements, slow airs, dance tunes, harp tunes from the Bunting Collection and O'Carolan tunes. This appears to be one of the fullest collections of this sort available. Worth checking out.
